There are a number of great places to shop in Leicester. From department stores to small boutiques the choice is varied. A great place to start is Allandale Road and Francis Street in Stoneygate which offers a good variety of boutiques and
stylish shops. The parking charge has now been lifted as well so it's free again!
In town, House of Fraser Rackhams is the pick of the department stores, although the opening of John Lewis later this year will really add a new dimension to the Leicester shopping exprience. A number of jewellers can be found throughout the city but one of the finest is Lumbers.
If you fancy taking the short journey to Birmingham, Selfridges in the Bull Ring is a fantastic department store.
